4.Read minutes from public hearing and meeting December 10, 2015; amend and/or approve.
a.~~~~~ Minutes reviewed and approved with Grammatical corrections
5.Election of officers
a.~~~~~ Discussed Potential Planning board members to ask.
b.~~~~ Maggie Lenard and Steven Enoch as Co-Chairs.
6.Referring to questions posed at the SDU public hearing; answer/address questions and create a follow up plan.
~a.~~~~~ Add language for New building cannot be more than 100ft
b.~~~~ Board Members to follow up on comparison between two family bylaw and attached ADU and if language needs to be changed.
c.~~~~~ Discussion on size as relates to Habitable space. - Leave it to the building inspector.
d.~~~~ Thought is not to call out limits for appeals.
e.~~~~~ Thought is not to call out conditions for variances in the bylaw
